These figures stand with sass and represent my young self’s dreams of becoming, the garden fairy, titled “Butterfly Trap” and the movie star titled “Diva Pearl”. They are lost in fame, and utterly indulgent in its corruptive nature. The wall components shadowing them give a sense of the world they exist in, using bright colors and motifs such as hearts, stars, butterflies and flowers; these objects are derived from girlhood-past.
